SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Who may issue process of arrest. Provides that any warrant for the arrest of a person known to be either a teacher or a person employed by the school board in any public school division in this Commonwealth for a felony; or for a misdemeanor involving (i) sexual assault, (ii) obscenity and related offenses, (iii) drugs, (iv) moral turpitude, or (v) the physical or sexual abuse or neglect of a child; shall be issued only by a circuit court judge.
