SUMMARY AS PASSED:
Board of Social Services; employment standards. Provides that any person hired by the Department of Social Services and its local units may not hire a person for any social work position that provides direct client services unless that person holds at least a baccalaureate degree. Persons employed prior to January 1, 1999, are grandfathered.
