SUMMARY AS PASSED:
Health professions; pharmacy. Provides authority for pharmacists to enter into collaborative agreements with practitioners of medicine, osteopathy, or podiatry for the purpose of improving patient outcomes. The provisions of this act expire July 1, 2004. This bill is identical to HB 2428.
