SUMMARY AS PASSED: (all summaries)

Homestead exemptions; retirement benefit exemptions, individual retirement accounts. Provides that individual retirement accounts are exempt to the same extent as retirement plans established pursuant to section 401 of the Internal Revenue Code. This bill is identical to HB 2683.
