SUMMARY AS PASSED SENATE: (all summaries)

Tax credits for Virginia natural gas. Provides a tax credit of 16.75 per thousand cubic feet of Virginia natural gas purchased beginning January 1, 2000. Entity selling the gas must certify that gas is Virginia natural gas. The tax credit is nonrefundable.
