SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Crime victims; civil action. Provides that a crime victim may bring a civil action against the owner or operator of a business if the owner or operator knew or reasonably should have foreseen a criminal assault failed to exercise reasonable care to prevent the crime or warn the victim of potential danger.
