SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Lottery proceeds for local school divisions. Provides that lottery proceeds will be distributed to local school districts to support education. These amounts shall be apportioned and distributed among the localities of the Commonwealth based on average daily membership adjusted for the composite index. The lottery proceeds shall not be used to offset a localities existing financial responsibility to education.
