Soil survey. Extends the date for completion of the inventory of Virginia’s soil resources from the year 2000 to 2006 and makes completion of the survey contingent upon the availability of state and federal resources.

Soil survey. Makes completion of the inventory of Virginia’s soil resources contingent upon the availability of federal resources. The soil survey is required by statute to be completed by the year 2000. At the current funding level and with available federal mapping resources, the soils mapping is expected to be completed by 2010.
