Adult care residences. Directs the Joint Commission on Health Care, with the assistance of the Virginia Housing Study Commission, the Department of Housing and Community Development, the Virginia Housing Development Authority and the Department of Social Services, to study and make recommendations relating to the issue of flexibility in Board of Social Services regulations to meet changing consumer needs as the Board initiates its regular three-year review of the regulations of adult care residences.
