Study; highways and bridges linking Virginia and Maryland. Requests the Virginia Department of Transportation to continue its study of the benefits to be derived from the construction of one or more limited access parkways and bridges connecting Virginia and Maryland between the American Legion Bridge and the north-south powerline alignment in Loudoun County.
