Food delivery system in prisons and mental health hospitals. Establishes a task force of the Departments of Corrections, Mental Health, Mental Retardation and Substance Abuse Services, General Services, and the Commonwealth Competition Council to study and analyze the food delivery system for prisons and mental health hospitals and to examine alternatives to increase efficiency and lower the costs to the Commonwealth’s taxpayers.
