Telemedicine equipment guidelines. Requests the Secretary of Technology, in cooperation with the Secretary of Health and Human Resources and other affected agencies and entities, to develop guidelines to ensure compatibility, to the extent feasible, among the telemedicine equipment purchased by such agencies and entities involved in telemedicine.
