SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Study; photo radar. Directs the Virginia State Crime Commission to study the use of traffic camera radar, a system that combines a camera, a computer, and radar to take a picture of a driver and a vehicle's license plate when radar determines that the vehicle is speeding.
