SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Speed limits at highway accidents and incidents. Imposes a speed limit of 20 mph less than the otherwise applicable speed limit in the vicinity of highway or roadside accidents or similar highway or roadside incidents. Violations constitute traffic infractions punishable by fines up to $250.
