SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Alcoholic beverage control; regulations of the ABC Board. Requires the ABC Board, by regulation, to prescribe the terms and conditions under which mixed beverage licensees may sell mixed beverages in specialty beverage or other like containers capable of holding more than single servings of mixed beverages during “happy hours” offered by the licensee.
