Medicaid; family planning. Requires the state plan for medical assistance services to include a provision for payment for family planning services on behalf of women who were eligible for prenatal and delivery services under Medicaid at the time of delivery, if the women continue to meet the financial eligibility requirements for pregnant women under Medicaid. Family planning services will not cover payment for abortion services. These services would continue for 24 months after delivery.
