SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE: (all summaries)
Application for certain certificate of public need. Requires the Commissioner of Health to review his decision on an application for a certificate of public need for an ambulatory surgery center to be located in a city of 14 square miles having a population of more than 22,000 and less than 24,000 (Salem), and make or revise his decision to grant or deny such application based solely on the recommendation of the health systems board when such recommendation has been made with only one dissenting vote.
