SUMMARY AS PASSED:
Commission on Intergovernmental Cooperation; membership. Provides for the membership of the Commission on Intergovernmental Cooperation to consist of the members of the Commission on Interstate Cooperation of the Senate, the members of the Committee on Interstate Cooperation of the House of Delegates, and the Clerk of the House of Delegates and the Clerk of the Senate, who shall serve as ex offico, nonvoting members. The bill also removes the approval of the Governor for appointments made by the commission.
