SUMMARY AS ENACTED WITH GOVERNOR'S RECOMMENDATION: (all summaries)
Recreational saltwater fishing. Authorizes the Virginia Marine Resources Commission to establish a fishing guide license for charterboat and headboat captains. The Commission may limit the sale of such licenses when deemed necessary by the Commission for effective fisheries management.
