SUMMARY AS PASSED: (all summaries)
Zoning violations. Provides that each 10-day period during which a zoning violation continues after the conviction or court-ordered abatement period has ended shall constitute a separate offense punishable by a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $1,500. Currently, each 30-day period of violation is punishable by a fine of up to $1,000.
