SUMMARY AS PASSED: (all summaries)

Alcoholic beverage control; equine sporting event license. Authorizes the issuance of an equine sporting event license to organizations holding equestrian, hunt and steeplechase events, which shall authorize the licensee to permit the consumption of lawfully acquired alcoholic beverages on the premises of the licensee by patrons thereof during such event. The bill also sets out the privileges of, and the state and local taxes on, this new license.
