Administrative Process Act; exemptions and exclusions. Exempts the Board of Health from compliance with the Administrative Process Act (§ 9-6.14:1.1 et seq.) when promulgating the list of diseases that must be reported to the Department of Health. The Board must continue to file any new regulations with the Registrar of Regulations for publication. There is also a technical amendment.
