Audit of Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority. States that the records of the Board are official public records and subject to the provisions of the Freedom of Information statutes of the Signatories. The bill requires that annual audits of the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority be approved by the State Auditor of Public Accounts.
