SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Bonds for the Northern Virginia Transportation District Program. Authorizes an additional $104.1 million (from $ 366.9 million to $471 million) in Commonwealth of Virginia Transportation Revenue Bonds to finance the cost of the projects included in the Northern Virginia Transportation District Program. The measure authorizes public rights-of-way use fees to be used as an additional source of repayment of this debt.
