Public Procurement Act; Design-Build/Construction Management Review Board; membership. Clarifies that the list of representatives of public bodies recommended for membership on the Board shall include at least four persons with design-build or construction-management experience.

Public Procurement Act; Design-Build/Construction Management Review Board; membership. Deletes the requirement that potential appointees to the Design-Build/Construction Management Review Board be actively engaged in competitive sealed bidding or competitive negotiation. As a result, appointees would only have to have experience in competitive sealed bidding or competitive negotiation to be eligible for appointment.
