SUMMARY AS PASSED:
Unemployment Compensation and Trust Fund Commission. Creates, as a permanent legislative agency, the Unemployment Compensation and Trust Fund Commission. The Commission, which consists of five members from the House Committee on Labor and Commerce and five members from the Senate committee on Commerce and Labor, shall study, report and make recommendations to the Governor and the General Assembly on issues concerning unemployment compensation and the Unemployment Trust Fund.
