SUMMARY AS PASSED:

BPOL tax; out-of-state contractors. Subjects any contractor without a definite place of business in any Virginia locality to the BPOL tax or fee imposed by a locality when the amount of the business done there will exceed $25,000 for the license year.

BPOL tax; out-of-state contractors. Requires any contractor without a definite place of business (i.e. out-of-state contractors) to be subject to the license tax or fee imposed by a locality when the amount of the business done there exceeds or will exceed $25,000 for the license year.
