SUMMARY AS PASSED:
Uniform Commercial Code; financing statements; electronic filings. Clarifies that Uniform Commercial Code financing statements and related documents (amendments, continuation statements, termination statements, assignments, and statements of release) may be electronically filed with the State Corporation Commission. The bill has an emergency clause and will become effective immediately upon enactment.
