SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Payment of jury costs in civil trials. Provides that whenever a civil action in which a trial by jury has been demanded and in which judgment is entered, the party against whom the judgment is entered may, in the discretion of the court, be taxed the costs of the jury at the rate specified by the Code.
