SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE: (all summaries)

Water Quality Improvement Act funding calculation. Clarifies that required payments into the Revenue Stabilization Fund are not to be included in the calculation of the ten percent of any unreserved general fund balances remaining at the end of each fiscal year which are to be deposited into the Water Quality Improvement Fund. The bill also clarifies that the Fund is not to be used for the purpose of compliance with any point source pollution control permit or any enforcement action related to such a permit.
