Tax on merchants. Allows localities to exempt merchants from the merchant’s capital tax, the BPOL tax, or both.
SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Tax on merchants. Puts into effect the recently voter-approved constitutional amendment which allows localities to eliminate both the merchant’s capital and BPOL tax.
