SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Closed-circuit TV testimony. Provides that testimony of a child in a case involving a child victim in a civil case may be taken by closed-circuit television if the child witness, including the alleged victim, was under fifteen years of age on the date of the alleged offense and is under eighteen years of age on the date of the trial.
