SUMMARY AS PASSED:
Allowances made to organizations from state appropriations. Provides that among the necessary expenses of the maintenance of the National Guard and the naval militia, the Commonwealth will provide, upon his death one flag of the Commonwealth of Virginia to the next of kin of any individual who has honorably served for a period of 20 years in the Virginia National Guard.
