SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Roadside memorials. Requires the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) to establish design and installation criteria for roadside memorials to persons killed in highway crashes; apportions costs between VDOT and persons requesting the memorials; and prohibits erection of unauthorized memorials.
