SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

DMV agencies. Increases the compensation fixed for each DMV agency for the purpose of maintaining adequate annual service to the public from three and one-half percent of the first $250,000 of gross collections, three percent of the next $250,000, two percent of the next $500,000, and one percent of all gross collections over one million dollars to three and one-half percent of the first one million dollars of gross collection and one percent of all gross collections in excess of one million dollars made by the agency during each fiscal year.
