SUMMARY AS ENACTED WITH GOVERNOR'S RECOMMENDATION: (all summaries)

Transportation of prisoners to and from regional jail or jail farm. Requires that prisoners transferred to regional jails and farms in Planning District 4 be transferred back to the transferring facility prior to being released from commitment if the prisoner has not arranged private transportation.
