Validity of signs forbidding trespass; penalty. Creates a Class 3 misdemeanor for knowingly and intentionally posting No Trespassing signs upon the land of another without the permission of a person authorized to post such signs on that land.

Validity of signs forbidding trespass; penalty. Requires signs forbidding trespass to the property, buildings or premises of another to be signed or stamped with the signature of the person authorized to post such signs. The bill also creates a Class 1 misdemeanor for knowingly and intentionally posting signs upon the land of another without the permission of a person authorized to post such signs on that land.
