SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Virginia Retirement System; adjustments for settlement of worker’s compensation claim. Provides that there shall be no adjustment to the member’s benefits for the settlement of a member’s workman’s compensation claim if such adjustment is applicable to the member’s social security benefits.
