SUMMARY AS ENACTED WITH GOVERNOR'S RECOMMENDATION: (all summaries)
Claims; McCormick, Cyrus and Hyder, Lowe & Galston. Provides $10,944.14 in relief to Cyrus McCormick to reimburse him for health insurance premium payments. The Department of Social Services failed to inform Mr. McCormick of the Health Insurance Premium Payment Program (HIP program). The bill also grants $2,015.90 in relief to the law firm of Hyder, Lowe & Galston for reimbursement of legal expenses.
