SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Virginia Highway Infrastructure Relief Fund. Creates the Virginia Highway Infrastructure Relief Fund. This Fund is to consist of 10 percent of the annual general fund revenue collections that are in excess of the official estimates in the general appropriation act and 10 percent of any unreserved general fund balance at the close of each fiscal year. The Fund is to be used for highway construction only and allocated in the same manner as other highway construction funds are allocated.
