Number of circuit court judges. Increases the number of circuit court judges authorized for the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit from six to seven. The Fifteenth Judicial Circuit consists of the following jurisdictions: The City of Fredericksburg and the Counties of Caroline, Essex, Hanover, King George, Lancaster, Northumberland, Richmond, Spotsylvania, Stafford, and Westmoreland. The bill also removes unnecessary language dealing with the family court.
