Special license plates; members of the Virginia State Police Alumni, Inc. Authorizes issuance of special license plates to members of the Virginia State Police Alumni, Inc. These plates would be subject to a one-time $10 surcharge, but would not be subject to requirements contained in § 46.2-725 as to minimum number of orders and minimum number of active sets of plates
