Claims; Slemp, Campbell B. Requires Virginia Tech to retroactively classify the position of Campbell B. Slemp, a retired employee, as an assistant director of the Powell River Project. Mr. Slemp was improperly classified as a research associate by his employer, which prevented him from retiring with the full monthly retirement benefit that would have been provided under the Workforce Transition Act.
