Claims; McDaniel, Roger L. Provides $13,675 in relief for Roger L. McDaniel, to be paid from the Onsite Sewage Indemnification Fund. Mr. McDaniel purchased property in Frederick County, Virginia, in August 1990 based on an existing septic system permit issued for the property by the State Board of Health in 1987. When the permit expired in 1991, the Board refused to renew the permit or issue a new permit for a septic system and required the installation of an alternative discharge system which caused Mr. McDaniel to incur additional costs.
