Personal watercraft rentals. Makes it a Class 4 misdemeanor for a person who is renting or leasing a personal watercraft to falsify information on the rental agreement . The person seeking to rent or lease a personal watercraft has to produce a photo-identification, if requested to do so by the rental agent.
