SUMMARY AS PASSED:
Courts of record; indexing by tax map reference. Allows all circuit court clerks in the Commonwealth to require deeds submitted for recordation to reference in the left margin the tax map reference number or parcel identification number of the affected parcel. The current section specifically lists which clerks may require the parcel identification number. This bill is the same as SB 730.
