SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Special license plates; honorably discharged members of the United States Army, Navy, Air Force or Marine Corps. Authorizes persons honorably discharged from the United States Army, Navy, Air Force, or Marine Corps to be issued special license plates currently authorized for issuance only to persons on active duty with or retired from those armed services.
