SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE: (all summaries)

Retirement benefits; creditable compensation for members of the General Assembly. Provides that only salary paid pursuant to §14.1-17.1 shall be included in determining creditable compensation for members of the General Assembly. This legislation would be retroactive in its effect.
