RESOLVED by the Senate, That the following persons are hereby nominated to be elected to the Court of Appeals of Virginia as follows:

The Honorable Richard S. Bray, of Portsmouth, as a judge of the Court of Appeals of Virginia for a term of eight years commencing July 1, 1999.

The Honorable Larry G. Elder, of Chesterfield, as a judge of the Court of Appeals of Virginia for a term of eight years commencing May 1, 1999.
