RESOLVED by the Senate, the House of Delegates concurring, That the General Assembly confirm the following appointment made by the Senate Committee on Privileges and Elections to the Board of Directors of the Medical College of Virginia Hospitals Authority pursuant to § 23-50.16:5 of the Code of Virginia:

The Honorable Benjamin J. Lambert III, 904 North First Street, Richmond, Virginia 23219, for a term of three years beginning July 1, 1998, to succeed himself.
